You can wear your Convertible dress in over 15 different styles! I have a style guide on my website that you can print out and view but in my opinion videos are the best way to really understand how to wrap and twist your dress.
Today I will show you how to create the twist shoulder with your dress. The twist shoulder is one of the most popular styles to wear. It is flattering on everyone.
Please view the video as well as step by step instructions.
1. Step into dress or place over head so that sashes are facing the front.
2. Take sashes over the shoulders then bring the sashes down and around back to the front of your dress.
3. Simply twist shoulders as desired. The more you twist the less coverage you will have, and the less you twist the more coverage you will have.
4. Bring the sashes down and around the waist. Tie and/or tuck in front or back of dress.
There are many different ways to create different styles with the of the back of the dress as well the front.
I will create more tutorials for you to see the endless possibilities.
Forget about the LBD! What about the white dress! It is timeless.

LOVE…it comes in different shapes and sizes, and means so many things to so many people.
As I was sitting there tonight watching my 4 year old make Valentines Day cards for her class it made me realize how the meaning of Valentines Day has changed to me as I have become older.
There are so many different stages of Valentines Day depending on where you are in life, but I have to say my Valentines Day plans for this year is exactly what I would want.
1.Infancy: When we are young mom and dad may have given you a card and some candy and tell you how much they love you. In school your teacher may have had Valentines Day party for the class and the kids hand out cards to their classmates.
2. Teenagers: When we are teenagers our ideas of Valentines Day start to change as we may have made a card for crush of ours, saying Do you Like me check yes or no.
I remember being in the 7th grade and it was the time when Valentines Day had changed for me. We were out of elementary school and in middle school now. All the girls were all so excited about Valentines Day and to be honest I could have cared less. I cared more about my best friend and playing soccer. All day in the halls girls are carrying flowers, cards, and candy. My best friend was one of them, and I didn’t receive one card. I remember feeling so upset, and thinking What kind of Holiday is this?
3. College: Unless your in a relationship you were most likely going out with your girlfriends on the Anti Valentines day gig dancing the night away.
4. Adult: If your in a relationship you are most likely planning every detail and have been figuring out what to get your boyfriend for the last month.
5. Married with kids: You may be asking yourself What day is Valentine’s Day? Going out with your husband for dinner and hiring a babysitter, or staying in.
For us this year we will be making a special dinner as a family that will most likely end up in a dance party and there is no other place I would rather be.
Happy Valentines Day!
Maternity photos are a wonderful way to document your life during pregnancy. Hopefully, you’re enjoying the glow of pregnancy and want to capture it. However, even if you aren’t feeling your best, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be photographed.
Here are some tips for taking maternity photos.
First, decide on a location that you would like to take pictures. I have always preferred natural light and taking my pictures outside. However, some prefer the comfort and privacy of their own home and others prefer a studio for a more formal vibe. All three are great locations and your pictures will look beautiful.
The best time to schedule a maternity photoshoot is when the belly is large, but not too big. This is typically in Months 7 and 8. At this point your belly will be big and beautiful but not too big where it is hard to move around or pose for a picture.
3. Feeling Beautiful
I think the most important thing is that you feel beautiful, when we feel beautiful inside and out it will shine through in your photos. So buy the dress you love, get your hair done, and put on some makeup.
I suggest wearing a solid color, a pattern would be too busy and take the focus away from your bump. Avoid wearing anything too trendy you don’t want to look back at your photos and think why did I wear that? I prefer simple flowy dresses or a tighter floor length dress that showcases your bump. Some of my favorite dresses are from Rachel Pally http://www.rachelpally.com, Sew Trendy http://www.sewtrendy.com, and of course Nuova Vita http://www.nuovavita.com.
Pictures last a lifetime so take this moment to cradle your baby bump and take the moment to connect to your baby bump. The twinkle in your heart and eyes will shine through in your photos.

On April 7th 2017 my cousin Chelsea married the love of her life Josh Trotta. They had dated for 7 years and when he asked her to marry him on Christmas Day 2015 we could not have been more happy for them!
I was the MOH and my daughter Rosalina was one of the flower girls. It was such a fun and memorable day full of laughs, tears, and a night of non stop dancing!
Chelsea asked me if I would outfit the girls in Nuova Vita convertible dresses which was exciting for me. It was amazing to be apart of her vision and witness her romantic rustic chic wedding come to life.
Chelsea picked the Convertible Gown in the color twighlight which is what I would call a dusty gray lavender. She paired the dresses with bouquets of Amnesia Roses which matched the dresses perfectly, Hydrangeas, and Dusty Miller which is a grey like accent greenery.
Here are some pictures of the wedding and a bonus is the beautiful wedding clip at the end.
